What is your return policy?
We do not permit returns on our digital bar codes simply due to the nature of the product. While this may sound self-serving, it is not so. This is standard across this entire unique industry and is common for digital purchases where the valuable content cannot be proven to be unused, uncopied etc.
However, we do guarantee that each number we sell will work as advertised. We make every effort to work with our clientele in order to rectify and correct any situation, often at our own cost. If there are any issues, contact us first and we'll make sure that you are taken care of.
