This means there was 1 or more issues during the payment process that need to be reviewed by management before the digital order can be released. This is done for security and to prevent payment fraud as well as GTIN theft.
The review will be processed ASAP by our team. If this happens outside of business hours it will be done on the morning of the following business day.
